Midtown Community Benefits District
The Midtown Community Benefits District is a neighborhood advocacy and improvement group created by a voter referendum in the mid-1990s to strengthen the neighborhoods for all who live and work here. They strive to provide consistent services in order to ensure a clean, green, and safe community.
Services
The group provides services to more than 4,000 properties across the 144 blocks of Bolton Hill, Charles North, Madison Park, and Mount Vernon. By continuously evaluating the needs of each community, they strive to ensure the team responds to requests in a productive and timely manner. Their agile team strives to meet a wide range of needs, working closely with constituents to monitor areas of concern and plan accordingly when locations require more significant service.

Midtown Community
Made up of four historically rich neighborhoods, Midtown is a hub for residents, families, students, tourists, and employees in countless industries. Whether seeing a show at Baltimore Center Stage, listening to the sounds of The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, taking in a talk at the Motor House, a stand-up show at the Baltimore Improv Group, a film at The Charles or the SNF Parkway Theater (home to the MD Film Festival), or walking the galleries of The Walters Art Museum, the rich cultural institutions located just blocks from one another make Midtown a prime destination for those seeking arts and entertainment options. As the center of the Station Norths Arts & Entertainment District, the community serves as the backdrop to Baltimore’s vibrant arts scene.
